How to use my Wix templates.
Starting your Wix website.
Please follow these steps:

Sign up for a Wix account.

Follow the setup steps on Wix.

Access your site section on Wix.

Purchase a Wix template and provide me with the email address that you used to create your Wix account. Within 24 hours, you will receive an email from Wix with an invite to a site transfer.

Accept the site transfer via email within 3 days, and the template will be added to your Wix account as a new website.

Edit your template.

Connect a domain.

Publish your website.
Sign up for a Wix account.
Go to Wix and click the "Get started" button. This will take you to a log in page, where you will see a link to sign up.

Enter your email address and your password and then click "Sign up". When you create a Wix website hey will automatically put you through the process to set up a website. Because you already have a website design from my template, you can click "Skip" until Wix has set you up with a website. This website you will not use. Instead you will use the website you´ll create with the template.
Follow the setup steps on Wix.
Wix will ask you questions to figure out what type of website you are trying to creating. Because you are going to use a template, you can skip all these questions by clicking "Skip". When you are done with this, you´ll be taken to the Wix dashboard where you can find the website you have just created. You´ll not use this website, because you have the template.
Access my site section on Wix.
In the top left corner you´ll find a button saying "My site 1" or if you gave your site a name, you´ll find the name there. Click on that button, and then go to "All sites".

Now you are at the "My sites section" where you will find all the websites you´ll create on Wix. This is also the page where you´ll find your new template as soon as you have accepted the transfer. Bookmark this page, because you´ll use it a lot.
Purchase a Wix template.
Now when you have your Wix account you can either buy your template, or if you have already bought your template you just need to send me the email address you used when you created your Wix account.
Accept the site transfer.
Within 24 hours after you bought your template and send me you e-mail address, you´ll receive a e-mail from Wix to your email inbox. The email will have the site transfer link button. You´ll click on that, and Wix will take you to the dashboard of your new website. Now everything is ready for you to do the changes you would like and to organize your website.
Edit the template.
If you want to edit the template, click the "Design site" button on the top right. This will take you to the "Wix editor" where you can make your changes.

On the left hand of the editor you´ll see the main areas where you´ll need to do some changes such as:

Edit pages and menu.
Click on the arrow next to "Page" on the left hand. When you click at the arrow you´ll see all the names of the different pages. You can now re-arrange them or click on the page which you want to start edit.

Change colors.
On the left hand, click on the "Site design" Button which is the letter A with a drop next to it. Click the arrow next to "Color theme". You´ll now see the site color, which you now could change to any colors you would like.

Change fonts.
On the left hand, click on the "Site design" Button which is the letter A with a drop next to it. Click the arrow next to "Text theme". You´ll know see options to change the fonts for your headings and your paragraphs.

As you do any changes, you´ll need to go back and forth between the desktop view and the mobile view. Some changes is not automatically transferred across, so you always need to make sure you are checking your design in both mobile and desktop view and do the changes necessary. Any changes you do in the mobile view will not be transferred to the desktop view. Any changes made in the desktop view should be seen in the mobile view, but in some cases you still need to do changes in your mobile view as well.
Connect a domain.
You can use the "Settings" link at the top left to find the option " Connect Domain". To do this you´ll need to pay for a plan on Wix. When you pay for a plan, all Wix ads from will be removed. It also allows you to run a online store.

You can buy a domain through Wix, or if you already have one, Wix will connect your new website with your domain. You can find articles and videos here that will help you set up your website and connect with your domain.
Publish your website.
When you are ready to launch, in the top right corner you´ll find the "Publish" button. Click on that button to make your website go live!
